Stage Two Appeal Form

This form should be used to submit an appeal at Stage Two of the Ravensbourne Student Appeals Procedure.

Section 10, Chapter 3, Para 10 provides that appeals must be submitted within 10 working days of the stage one outcome letter you received. If 10 working days have lapsed, you must further explain and evidence why you were unable to submit your appeal within the prescribed time limit.

The grounds on which a request for review of a Stage One may be granted are as follows:

a. there is new evidence that could not be provided earlier in the procedure (providing objective and authoritative evidence of why it could not be provided earlier);

b. there is evidence that the correct process was not followed at Stage One of the process;

c. the outcome at Stage One is not reasonable given the evidence
